BOOKING PROCESS:
Please make sure you have read everything above in order to successfully fill out the form below!
Once you fill out a form, you will receive a response from me within 7 days. I try my best to respond to all proposals whether accepted or not <3 Please feel free to ask for a rough estimate, I will never ever go over your budget cap.
Be deposit ready, I will move on from your form after 24 hours without a response/deposit.
FOR FLASH: Once we book an appointment together, a deposit of $100 is required in order to secure your spot and officially be booked. A detailed deposit policy will be sent to you. My deposit fee is through Venmo. The deposit goes towards the cost of your tattoo and will be subtracted from my hourly or flat rate the day of your tattoo. Once we book, this deposit is non-refundable. My cancellation policy: There is one free reschedule, after that I will require a new $100 deposit to reschedule.
*at this time, I am offering a flat rate charge based on size, placement, and complexity of design. my minimum still applies ($300/$350)
FOR CUSTOMS and EXISTING IMAGES: Once we book an appointment together, a deposit of $150 is required in order to secure your spot and officially be booked. A detailed deposit policy will be sent to you. My deposit fee is through Venmo. $100 of the deposit goes towards the cost of your tattoo and will be subtracted from my hourly or flash flat rate the day of your tattoo.* The leftover $50 covers the cost of all the behind the scenes stuff that goes into tattooing (booking, drawing, admin, and supplies). Once we book, this deposit is non-refundable. My cancellation policy: There is one free reschedule, after that I will require a new $100 deposit to reschedule.
